Ïðåäèñëîâèå

 

1. Ðàçðàáîòàí Âñåðîññèéñêèì íàó÷íî-èññëåäîâàòåëüñêèì èíñòèòóòîì íåîðãàíè÷åñêèõ ìàòåðèàëîâ èì. àêàä. À.À. Áî÷âàðà.

Âíåñåí Ãëàâíûì íàó÷íî-òåõíè÷åñêèì óïðàâëåíèåì Ìèíàòîìà Ðîññèè.

2. Ïðèíÿò è ââåäåí â äåéñòâèå Ïîñòàíîâëåíèåì Ãîññòàíäàðòà Ðîññèè îò 16 äåêàáðÿ 1996 ã. N 675.

 

Ââåäåíèå

 

Óñòàíîâëåííûå â ñòàíäàðòå òåðìèíû ðàñïîëîæåíû â ñèñòåìàòèçèðîâàííîì ïîðÿäêå, îòðàæàþùåì ñèñòåìó ïîíÿòèé â îáëàñòè îáðàùåíèÿ ñ ðàäèîàêòèâíûìè îòõîäàìè.

Äëÿ êàæäîãî ïîíÿòèÿ óñòàíîâëåí îäèí ñòàíäàðòèçîâàííûé òåðìèí.

Íåäîïóñòèìûå ê ïðèìåíåíèþ òåðìèíû-ñèíîíèìû ïðèâåäåíû â êðóãëûõ ñêîáêàõ ïîñëå ñòàíäàðòèçîâàííîãî òåðìèíà è îáîçíà÷åíû ïîìåòîé "Íäï. "

Çàêëþ÷åííàÿ â êðóãëûå ñêîáêè ÷àñòü òåðìèíà ìîæåò áûòü îïóùåíà ïðè èñïîëüçîâàíèè òåðìèíà â äîêóìåíòàõ ïî ñòàíäàðòèçàöèè.

Ïðèâåäåííûå îïðåäåëåíèÿ ìîæíî, ïðè íåîáõîäèìîñòè, èçìåíèòü, ââîäÿ â íèõ ïðîèçâîäíûå ïðèçíàêè, ðàñêðûâàÿ çíà÷åíèÿ èñïîëüçóåìûõ â íèõ òåðìèíîâ, óêàçûâàÿ îáúåêòû, âõîäÿùèå â îáúåìû îïðåäåëÿåìîãî ïîíÿòèÿ. Èçìåíåíèÿ íå äîëæíû íàðóøàòü îáúåì è ñîäåðæàíèå ïîíÿòèé, îïðåäåëÿåìûõ â äàííîì ñòàíäàðòå.

 ñòàíäàðòå ïðèâåäåíû èíîÿçû÷íûå ýêâèâàëåíòû ñòàíäàðòèçîâàííûõ òåðìèíîâ íà àíãëèéñêîì ÿçûêå.

Ñòàíäàðòèçîâàííûå òåðìèíû íàáðàíû ïîëóæèðíûì øðèôòîì, èõ êðàòêèå ôîðìû, ïðåäñòàâëåííûå àááðåâèàòóðîé, - ñâåòëûì, à ñèíîíèìû - êóðñèâîì.

 

1. Îáëàñòü ïðèìåíåíèÿ

 

Íàñòîÿùèé ñòàíäàðò óñòàíàâëèâàåò òåðìèíû è îïðåäåëåíèÿ ïîíÿòèé â îáëàñòè ñáîðà, õðàíåíèÿ, ïåðåðàáîòêè è çàõîðîíåíèÿ ðàäèîàêòèâíûõ îòõîäîâ.

Òåðìèíû, óñòàíîâëåííûå íàñòîÿùèì ñòàíäàðòîì, îáÿçàòåëüíû äëÿ ïðèìåíåíèÿ âî âñåõ âèäàõ äîêóìåíòàöèè è ëèòåðàòóðû ïî äàííîé íàó÷íî-òåõíè÷åñêîé îòðàñëè, âõîäÿùèõ â ñôåðó ðàáîò ïî ñòàíäàðòèçàöèè è/èëè èñïîëüçóþùèõ ðåçóëüòàòû ýòèõ ðàáîò.

Íàñòîÿùèé ñòàíäàðò äîëæåí ïðèìåíÿòüñÿ ñîâìåñòíî ñ ÃÎÑÒ 12916.

 

2. Íîðìàòèâíûå ññûëêè

 

 íàñòîÿùåì ñòàíäàðòå èñïîëüçîâàíà ññûëêà íà ñëåäóþùèé ñòàíäàðò: ÃÎÑÒ 12916-89 Òðàíñïîðòèðîâàíèå ðàäèîàêòèâíûõ âåùåñòâ. Òåðìèíû è îïðåäåëåíèÿ.

 

3. Ñòàíäàðòèçîâàííûå òåðìèíû ñ îïðåäåëåíèÿìè

 

1. (ÐÀÄÈÎÀÊÒÈÂÍÛÅ) ÎÒÕÎÄÛ; ÐÀÎ: íå ïîäëåæàùèå             radioactive waste

äàëüíåéøåìó èñïîëüçîâàíèþ èçäåëèÿ, ìàòåðèàëû, âåùåñòâà

è áèîëîãè÷åñêèå îáúåêòû, ñîäåðæàùèå ðàäèîíóêëèäû â

êîëè÷åñòâàõ, ïðåâûøàþùèõ çíà÷åíèÿ, óñòàíîâëåííûå

2. ÃÀÇÎÎÁÐÀÇÍÛÅ (ÐÀÄÈÎÀÊÒÈÂÍÛÅ) ÎÒÕÎÄÛ: ðàäèîàêòèâíûå     gaseous waste

îòõîäû â âèäå ãàçîâûõ è àýðîçîëüíûõ âûáðîñîâ

3. ÆÈÄÊÈÅ (ÐÀÄÈÎÀÊÒÈÂÍÛÅ) ÎÒÕÎÄÛ: ðàäèîàêòèâíûå îòõîäû    liquid waste

â âèäå âîäíûõ èëè æèäêèõ îðãàíè÷åñêèõ ïðîäóêòîâ,

Ïðèìå÷àíèå. Ñîáðàííûå îòõîäû ïîìåùàþòñÿ â êîíòåéíåðû

èëè ïåðåäàþòñÿ íà ïåðåðàáîòêó.
